Hey, Creative Collective fam! I spent last night diving into a deep-dive session on high-level production workflows (specifically for fast-turnaround event recaps). Whether you're a one-man band or leading a team, there were some massive takeaways on how to stop "guessing" and start producing like a pro and as a team. Hey everyone! My name is Brandon 'dash' Brinkley and I help busy Creative Directors build thriving volunteer teams so they can move from burnout to leading with intention. For years I have witnessed countless creatives fall victim to burnout with little to no point of return. Most of which came from lack of community.
