Brandon Armstrong Hey everyone, I’m Brandon. I’m an entrepreneur and systems-builder working on projects involving AI automation, workflow systems, e-commerce tools, and local service infrastructure. I have a banner company that I sort of group all of my projects under: 0tomait.com One of my main projects is Turf-Troop. It began as an HVAC filter replacement service, but the broader vision is building neighborhood-based service territories with recurring revenue and repeatable systems that can scale across cities and communities. Turf-Troop is still early-stage, but the foundational product and systems are built and I’m at the point where I’m looking to test and refine the model in the real world. My current bottleneck is focus and scaling. I’m good at building systems and solving problems, but I’m working on becoming better at simplifying, monetizing, and consistently executing instead of branching into too many directions at once. My 5-year goal is to build scalable systems and territory-based businesses that create recurring revenue, ownership opportunities, and long-term value. I’d especially like to connect with founders who have experience with:• scaling local service businesses• territory/franchise-style models• recurring revenue systems• delegation and hiring• AI implementation in real-world businesses Question for the group:What was the turning point where your business stopped feeling like a hustle and started feeling like a real scalable company?
