If You’re Feeling Behind, Read This
Midweek check-in — because this is usually when the pressure creeps in. If your energy dropped…If your motivation faded…If you didn’t do what you planned… You are not behind. You’re responding to your capacity. Healing seasons don’t move in straight lines. Progress isn’t always visible. And rest is not a failure. If all you did today was keep going — that counts. Let this be your reminder: You’re allowed to move through this week gently.

Let’s Set the Tone for This Week (Without Pressure)
This week doesn’t need to be productive to be meaningful. Instead of asking, “What do I need to get done?”Try asking, “What would support my nervous system this week?” That might look like: - Saying no without explaining - Taking breaks without guilt - Letting “good enough” be enough Take a moment and finish this sentence below 👇“This week, I’m allowing myself to ______.” There’s no right answer here. Only honesty.
