Grateful.
I wanted to share a big win and gratitude here. Today I had a day full of running errands and getting work done on my car, and in the midst I grabbed a rebbl drink that I thought just had a little chocolate but found out had like 25mg of caffeine from raw cacao in it. I absolute cannot have any caffeine, it restricts my respiratory system and wreaks havoc on my brain(fog, anxiousness, and then extreme fatigue within an hour). So I came home and napped for a bit. And upon getting up still felt odd and usually would just tolerate it until I slept it off overnight. BUT, today I said fuck that. I’m going to get all the way back in my body and push this stuff out of my system. So I just did a great Body Language inspired workout for 30min and feel so grounded, relaxed, in my body, and ready to greet the rest of the day. Big time. Grateful for the empowerment reminders of this container. Being in a nervous system overload state has been a big struggle for me in the last year. This caffeine accident pushed me into this experience of empowerment that I wouldn't have dared touched if it weren’t for you all. Big mahalos.

Program B is here now…
Surprise, surprise I was able to record the Animal Flow part of Program B yesterday. I also shot program A and I’ve been waiting for it to upload for a loooong time! What did y'all choose to do today?
What was your choice for today's workout friends?? I'm stoked to hear. I did the warmup twice with my morning clients and have been on zoom calls and hanging with my daughter (who refused to go to school) and Elisa since. Since I trained 2x yesterday I was really hungry so I ate two big bowls of shredded tamari ginger chicken over rice with butter. After I go pickup Nova from school, my intention is to get a bit of intentional movement for myself but idk what it will be yet! More soon. How about you?

Same as the others, shoulders quite sore. But in a good way. So I went for a super rainy 4 mile trail run and utilized most of the warm up series before hand

Hey all! I wanted to check in and let you know, I had planned to be there today but I’m not going to be able to make it. Also will not be there Thursday as I’ll be mid flight back to NC. Hoping to make the calls next week on east coast time!
