What Happened When I Combined a Website With Automation
One of the best experiences I've had working on a project was realizing that the website was only part of the solution. We didn't just improve the website. I also worked on n8n automation alongside it to connect the process behind the scenes. The result? Less manual work, faster handling of leads, and a much smoother journey from someone interacting with the website to getting the right follow-up. That experience really changed how I look at websites. A website shouldn't always be treated as a standalone design project. Sometimes, the real opportunity is connecting the website to the systems working behind it. Question: If your website could automatically handle one repetitive task in your business, what would you want it to handle?

Yes. I'm a firm believer that we're in the process of a new transition on the internet itself. We're moving from websites to "Command Centers" where we can run our entire business, rather than needing countless additional SaaS tools. Do you still use n8n as the backend? Or did you end up building out more now that tools like Claude Code and Codex are available?

@Paul Josan Same boat. n8n is my backend (just in case God-forbid that we lose claude)
What's your Note-Taking system
The "Info Trap": How do you organize notes so you actually use them? We all fall into the info-hoarding trap. We read books, binge podcasts, and take endless notes. But when it’s time to execute, those insights stay buried in Notion, Docs, or journals. I'm refining my workflow to bridge the gap between capturing knowledge and actually applying it. I'm curious to hear your advice: What is your exact system for organizing notes so you actually use them?

I dump everything into my AI system and have it generate me new ideas. Actually, one of my agents does new research for me daily and presents me stuff that I should consider adding to our outreach/marketing/sales/etc. When I was using Google Docs, it always felt unwieldly. You could always try NotebookLM. That works pretty well. Again though, once you reach a certain amount of information it starts to feel overwhelming.
How do you turn a podcast appearance into millions??

This is great! It's always been my goal to get featured on more podcasts, but it never seemed to help with the ones that I was able to get on.
Where are you seeing your "difference maker" work?
I am a huge fan of Russell and everything that he's been teaching for over a decade. I still have my clickfunnels account and have probably watched every video he has put out. If you're in the same boat, or even just entering this world, what was the one piece of advice that you went "Oh geeze! This is it!" and then actually got to work? For me, it's always been "Hook. Story. Action". I find myself judging all other marketers by it as well.

@Nikhilesh Bania Oh for sure. I keep a story bank and test out different hook/story combos to see what lands best. It's sometimes surprising.

Man, I started following Russell back in the day because I wanted to learn how to make webinars work. I've kind of lost sight of them over the years due to focusing more on 1:1 engagement. Good to see that they still have a place at FHL!
