Hey y'all, I'm Coach Brad! This group was built to be a resource for anyone pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Whether you want to lose fat, get jacked, increase mobility or just keep your body moving, we've got you covered. In the Classroom, you'll find training programs, nutrition guides, meal plan builders, recipe books and more. Over time we'll also be building out education modules so you can learn how to make the fitness goals you accomplish last for life. More importantly, we want to build a community of like-minded people to support and encourage each other, and hold each other accountable to doing the hard stuff. Over the coming days/weeks, the ETS Coaching team and I will be working hard adding new resources for you guys.
