Hello Beautiful Beings, I’d like to share an exciting update on upcoming offerings. Beginning this late July, I’ll be publishing a series of short videos centered on Internal Systems to Becoming Whole, a 48-page workbook available for purchase here on the site. This workbook has been instrumental in supporting my 1:1 clients as they journey toward authenticity. Through it, we begin the powerful process of deprogramming the subconscious mind, releasing inherited mindsets, values, beliefs, and narratives that were never truly ours. In their place, we consciously install new, intentional values that reflect who we are today, and who we are evolving to become. The workbook also guides individuals in establishing clear standards that support these values, and boundaries that protect them, so they no longer self-abandon in the name of approval, belonging, or survival. This is the heart of becoming authentic. To be clear, I have yet to meet anyone who is 100% authentic all of the time. We have all been conditioned to self-betray, to dim our truth, and to gaslight our own needs in exchange for love, safety, acceptance, and livelihood. This has been the nature of the human experience for generations. But we are evolving, and evolution demands change. To create a new world, we must first become that change within ourselves.
