Final video submission
Just submitted my final ...!!! Here's my presentation. It's got some wild data guesses because I'm not a GM and hypothetically this is a sponge out from opening in 2028 so there was a fake history we created in another project that is included here. The goal of this video was to present an investor pitch to excite, inform and convince. Would love your feedback! Jackie is featured. :D https://youtu.be/XverCJ9Uxic

Killer Queen - Pitch Package - METAR570 - Final - Brad Cerenzia
Hi, If anyone would like to take a look, here's part two of AR570 Commercial Theater Production: The Broadway Model (Fall 26) class final. We were tasked with creating investor materials, an engaging "leave behind" document for people to leave with. There's a lot in this document, more than is necessary, but I needed to cover the last 2 months of learning objectives and demonstrate integration of core concepts into practice. A lot of the data and storytelling -- anything past Oct 2026 -- are hypothetical. I do actually have a lot of the groundwork done, and some of the team is attached, but I don't have 1) the money or 2) the theater (yet!). Note again: the data are best-guess models of a hypothetical scenario, so please don't share.

@Jacquelyn Bell Kearney You are a featured member of the hypothetical team, by the way. I did talk with Peter about you -- I can't wait for you to meet him in real life!
ZOOM event: Is the American Nonprofit Theater Movement “Over”?
I'd start by reading this substack for context: https://substack.com/@theatreupstanders/note/p-216896026 then check out this event if your interest is piqued! www.devosinstitute.net/initiative/is-the-american-nonprofit-theater-movement-over/ Is the American nonprofit theater movement "over", or is it evolving? Join the DeVos Institute and Out of Hand Theater on September 29 for a forward-looking conversation with respondents from across the field. Together, we’ll examine the changing nonprofit theater model and explore new paths to relevance and sustainability.
Composer referral - Ben Juodovalkis
Kathleen, here's the composer reference I told you about: https://www.benjuodvalkis.com/ Ben is an AMAZING composer, loved working with him. We felt like he really got how to work with storytellers to create the sounds / songs the moments of our show needed, and most of it was in a real-time development process. "Ben Juodvalkis is a San Francisco-based composer who has spent over 20 years creating original music for dance, film, theater, and multimedia installations. His work has been performed on four continents and features partnerships with more than 50 organizations, including Lines Ballet, Hubbard Street Dance, Bandaloop, and Joe Goode Performance Group."
