@Vag Koulougousidis same roast profile for all brew methods. I’m enjoying the challenge to get the best out of this coffee. It is a yeast inoculated extended ferment thermal natural, SL28 Colombian coffee. Any hints or tips are always welcome, always learning
@Vag Koulougousidis hey! Just thought I’d share a bit about today… I showcased a very incredible coffee that was well received. Broke down the process and opened up the conversation on what we were tasting. Espresso, cortado, filter and cold brew. Cold brew was favourite, lovely port like body, with a balanaced raspberry sweetness. Very pleased with how it went, and looking forward to hosting another event similar!!
