Day 4
My lowest Harmony dimension: finances Wind-down pattern I noticed: a lot of revenge bedtime procrastination Morning pattern I noticed: very scattered, and no cup filling for me for a long time. and lack of protein / hunger I decided to (not) close my open loop: I was told not to yet? I am not sure about this one. And it made me feel: a bit resentful actually, because the energy to finish it seemed to be there, and I disliked being instructed that I couldn't complete it. What surprised me: This one didn't really surprise me, today's theme has been where I have been doing most of my inner work,
Excitedly optimistic!
Hi I’m Darja(Daria). Had ADD(ADHD)my whole life but didn’t realize til I went to college. Did good in school but not in life so I’m looking forward to getting that part figured out finally now that I’m old with several other neurological disabilities in play as well. This will be fun and exciting. I love self help and learning so this will be good for me! BTW, started on time but still ridiculously behind. Originally from Germany but moved to Utah. Weird I know. Blame my parents-I was adopted 🫶

What made you realize it in college? I am just starting to fall apart now and am on the journey to "realizing" (code for accepting)
Day 3
The belief holding me back the most - "Oh I can do that" It came from building up a huge sense of self belief and capabilities, taking on different challenges and growing my skills. All seemingly good things. Oooo I am not sure I have a reframe yet. I think I need to go from "I can do xy and z and must do all", "to I can do xy and z and I will choose just x because it is the best use of my time and skills, and I will give y and z away" Future statement: I am the kind of person who can share the load.

Day 2
Shoot - I must have missed the Mask part? I don't feel like I am wearing a mask.... I definitely feel exhausted trying to maintain my own expectations Again, what I loved as a kid, I still love? I just delay doing them. Friction Audit: canceling the insurance is my loop (i actually have two that I need to do) and the first step is located the paperwork.

@Linda Trup and I used to be so money motivated - but only at the pain point of handing it over. This is in the "already gone" category and it is so weird that the shift and pain isn't there. Thanks for the encouragement!
My Mask
The mask that I wear is pleasing. I am definitely a people pleaser and put everyone before me. When I think about this, I remember my first day of kindergarten when my mother took me to the school. I saw children crying and I went over to comfort them, neglecting my own anxiety of my mother leaving me in a strange place with people I don't know. Has it been exhausting? Yes. I need time to myself to focus on my own needs which I am starting to do now. One of my most wonderful memories as a child is make blanket forts in my parents backyard with my girlfriends. I loved the carefree days with no responsibilities and the only care we had was if there were enough clothes pins for our forts. Now I believe the next task was to list the steps for our loop which mine was clean the kitchen window. - Clear the windowsill - Move plants, decorations, and anything else out of the way. - Brush or vacuum away loose dust and crumbs. - Get the window cleaner - Get the paper tower - Spray the window with the cleaner - Wipe the glass from top to bottom. - With a damp clothe clean the window sill - Put back decorations on the window sill I can do this!!!!

I have a question for you about the people pleasing. When you do it, are you aware of your own needs and actively choose to ignore them, or is it unconscious? I ask because I am having a hard time seeing the difference between "people pleasing" and "being kind." I don't identify as a people pleaser (because I am not looking for approval from them maybe?) but the actions I take are similar to yours. I would go to the child as well, in your kinder garden example. So I am now confused about myself.
