Fit For All is a community-based wellness project designed to make health and fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of income. Spearheaded by a passionate chiropractic student, this initiative aims to promote a healthy lifestyle through free workout plans, fitness classes, and nutritious meals. Our mission is to help people stay in shape, improve their overall health, and provide expert advice on injury prevention and rehabilitation. Through this project, we will curate funds to offer: • Personalized workout plans for all fitness levels, designed by a future chiropractor with expertise in functional movement and alignment. • Nutritious, balanced meals to fuel participants’ bodies and help them reach their fitness goals. • Educational workshops focusing on healthy living, injury prevention, and managing pain through natural chiropractic principles. Together, we’ll build a healthier, happier community—one person at a time.
