Who's Fired Up for today ?
The last few days have been nothing but a boiling pot of emotions, as I have been dealing with funerals and fractures. Fortunately, not directly related to my own immediate family, but all close enough to home to remind me what family and friends mean to me. Therefore today has started with a renewed sense of passion, focus, fun and fire, and so I got up early, enjoyed my coffee whilst watching a new fledgling Wren emerge into the world for one of its first adventures. Now my tunes are on, getting me in the mood for the focus and the fire, and planning for the days ahead. What dio you have on your schedule for today and the week ahead?

I'm glad you're ready for the day @James Sopp, let's go! Today I'm going to be working on SOPs for a good 6-7 hours haha it's exciting because I'm helping a bunch of projects to standardize their processes, so that's what's exciting. And ultimately reward myself with a walk with Tay later 🥰
Good morning all 🌅
It's a beautifully sunny Sunday, I've got my coffee in hand, and I'm genuinely buzzing for where this is all heading. We're all building something real here — not just for me, but for anyone who's had a fire go quiet and knows there's another one in them somewhere. We've all been there, and we all know what it takes to relight, and so I've started thinking about where this project is going. I've started thinking about why I started I&I, and what I want it achieve. I've started considering YouTube channels, podcasts, guests, and it's begun, conversations have already started, so watch this space. In six months, this place will hopefully be roaring, and I just wanted to say thank you, and I appreciate everyone who's already in this with me. And I want to know what you're fired up about for the coming week ? Now, go enjoy the sun before the week ahead starts to warm up. 🔥
Good morning all 🌅

3rd week in Dallas, so continuing improving my routine and consistent habits. 😎 let's get it!
Good morning Firestarters ❤️‍🔥
It's nearly the weekend. 👏 My team's out of the World Cup, and so I've got nothing left to distract me, just more time and more focus. My intention is to grow Ignited & Inspired to at least 50 members by the end of the year, and that starts today. Not with a pitch. Not with a plan, but just a spark to succeed. First target: 25 by the end of August. Why? Because that's when the flickers become a flame. If you're already here, you're already one of us. But if you know someone who's still standing on the outside, still telling themselves it's not the right time, why not drag them in and help them to torch the excuses? Remember.. We're here to be infernos. 🔥 Drop a comment below — what are you working on right now? What's the thing you're trying to build, fix, or finally get moving on? Let's see the sparks in this room before we go looking for more of it.
Good morning Firestarters ❤️‍🔥

That's a fantastic goal @James Sopp. I'm personally focused on my new consultant role as this is my 2nd week and it's been quite a lot of work. I'm planning on attacking my Skool community more in-depth on Q4 and see where that will take me (also will work with a Coach for that). Ultimately, making sure I feel happy and fulfilled every single day, which I am. Excited to see the community growing 😎😏
A Secret and a Success
One of my favourite films ever is The Secret of My Success" with Michael J. Fox. It's about a guy whow wants to make it big, so moves from a small town to New York, takes a job in his uncles company, and through a mix of hustle, charm, and a bit of trickery, ends up secretly working two roles at once — mailroom clerk by day, phantom junior exe "Carlton Whitfield" by, well the same time really, sneaking between identities. I wont spoil it too much, but considering I was 12 when it came out, it inspired me, and ironically, I had my 1st business that year, which I'll tell you about another time, probably around Christmas 🎄 Anyways, I want to know something about you 🫵🏻 Tell me a secret about you and a success. They dont have to be connected, they just have to be something that you've kept to yourself here, and something else that you're proud of. It's as simple as that, and to start it off, I'll go first 👍 My Secret is that I taught myself to DJ by going to my local nightclub on a Sunday, when they were cashing up from the night before. I'd have my packed lunch, and I would spend hours in a club, with no one else around, practising for hours. My success was that 3 years later, I was in djing in one of the best known clubs in the country, with my own residency in another club, and regularly playing tunes next to some of the OG legendary DJs from the dance scene.

What a phenomenal story @James Sopp, that's the proof that anything is possible. I always find DJing such a fun gig. I never tried or got into it; however, I witnessed my best friend, who came from Brazil to the US, become one and make some extra $ on the weekends. Well, I came to the US on April 12 of 2015, without knowing anyone and speaking a single word of English 😅. I always say that if I found a way to win in those circumstances, nothing would be more challenging. And I was 24 when I moved, so learning a new language wasn't "easy" like it is when we're kids. And I struggle with memorization too, so you can only imagine. 2 years later, I started working as a door to door salesman, and 14 months after that, I started my own sales company, took that company to 5 different states in 3 and a half years (expanding to each state myself with a small team), running that for 7 years in a row and always generating over $1M in revenue per year. Very proud of that journey 🙏🏽 Thanks for providing this space to share, James.

Who's at your dinner party ?
I'm firing up my focus today, playlists on, it got me thinking about the Dinner party game, and I was wondering which 3 guests I'd choose? For me, its an easy choice. Einstein, for the mind that broke every rule quietly. Robin Williams, for turning chaos into joy. Fred again.., for making ordinary moments hit different. Side note, I'd also have Daft Punk, but they're two robots, so no extra plates needed, but now I'm just curious, Dead, Alive, real, doesn't matter, who's getting a seat at your table? Let me know below 👇

This is such a fun question. I'd invite Jim Rohn (the GOAT of personal development), my dad (the hardest worker that I've ever witnessed in my life), and perhaps Tony Robbins (turning all the serious aspect into happiness). It was a hard one to think.
