Sleeping ~3hrs per night... and it's ok
Seems I wake between 2:30 and 4:30 AM each night after only three hours' sleep with a task to do for Rōmy. I get it done and then go back to sleep. Somehow I have got by ok this past week, when my sleep -- at night and naps during the day -- have totaled maybe 35 hours for the past seven days. If you want to see the barebones version of the app, check out the video here. DON'T expect to be impressed.

@Howard Freeman - Oh man -This is on par - To perplexity quality. I would even say better. It's gotten more complex in recent months. - Romy - Is simple. I found 10 different donors to. Victoria Art Gallery - It would try write 10 emails. It would go through step by step. Could work on mobile, you took photo. let's say, a wall of names. Typically, a lot of public spaces have them - Boom, you have a whole breakdown of each person - Romy - I gave it a photo of my mental model - it would breakdown all the parts - To vision model. - Based off of that - I was able to - Make a pitch of how the mental model could help those organizations. What I found really unique I couldn't find the email The. Romy it would tell me go to the organization to then. Ask for a list on how to contact them. - The different modes were helpful - - Make me a list or explore an idea or be more accurate. The only problem with this tool is. The limitation of General language model. - AI hallucination - lack of data Structure. - That only gets better over time and with. More users who use the tool, the better API access as you can. You might a dedicated - AI tools or Data Analyst - To strengthen the quality of the data. The more useful the service becomes - Based off of the data that you're serving. - I would also say some Saas companies are using skool - - AI tool you could get Onboarding community access - Invite new users to give you feedback and. How to use it? - Inspire them with use cases 🙌 Anyway, you probably thought of most of these things already. Anyway, that's my whole review.😂🙌
Well...
Since I'm about to ship the alpha product of my fintech startup (a B2B SaaS solution for nonprofits) called Rōmy (https://getromy.app/), I thought I'd reactivate this Community on the "Hobby Plan" and share my journey raising money for it. Longer and no-holds-barred post coming soon about my closed angel/FFF round and Indiegogo debacle. Heading toward $500k Pre-Seed VC round later this month.
Well...

@Howard Freeman Building a community still - Made a lot of connections here on skool - 🙌🐸 - You help me go on to skool - I Build community. Then through you I found. Ellie's space - - She helps people write books - I wrote a book - Called Dreamer Frog -🎉😂 - I'm still writing it. I'm in the rewrite phase - I'm through editing - - Figure out the money piece - Fundraising or capital to grow this book - Where there is original art - Clothing Designs - it's a very talented space that I made - There is new money models coming to skool - This week or next week - Subscription with a freemium model - Example, startup fundraising your community. Could be free and then you would have la subscription. In your classroom area. This was a request from Alex Hormozi - To implement this subscription - You can focus on one community, not multiple - 🐸🙌

Become a Master Question-Asker...
If you don't have a subscription to an AI premium service, get one. I use both GPT-4o and Gemini Advanced. Have heard good things about Claude, which is used by one of my favorite new customer engagement tools -- Quin, currently in beta. When you ask the right questions, AI becomes the ultimate no-drama helper who never wants a day off and doesn't mind if I miss National Administrative Assistant's Day. But just like computers have always been as smart as the data we put in them, so AI is as smart as its trained and as it's asked. You have to become a "Master Question-Asker" to get the most out of any AI. The question in my screenshot below isn't even that smart. But it IS specific. That's an important aspect. Be ultra-specific. You can do a lot of prospecting for investors this way, and I've even pushed back and asked again for contact information, and it's provided it. Investors hate it when you send them something that doesn't fit their "thesis" (rationale or criteria for investing). The chart shown was sent out on Airchat by @Larry Velez. FYI. EDIT: my wife just sent me this. Check it out

That's a small taste of what it does That does a lot. for a crazy $8. a month. If I was to buy all this separately, it would literally cost me 100 dollars a month. Plus. includes good music.
Here's where Skool makes sense...
I found a dynamite startup ecosystem guru whose model makes perfect sense for Skool, and for having free and paid communities, both, here. Greg Isenberg suggests starting with Audience, then Community, then Product. (hence: "ACP") The AUDIENCE becomes a COMMUNITY, which validates the PRODUCT you can then sell to them. You'll have product-market fit, and you are the perfect founder to take it to market, with a community who trusts you and is ready to buy. If you want to attract your own AUDIENCE to build a COMMUNITY that will tell you what PRODUCT they will buy from you, click HERE

Make a note here I think this is really interesting. Attention is number one. fight leaky attention problem of attention You solve the problem of audience, community and everything else kind of falls into place Make a good impression on the identity on your end. Your identity will stand out from everyone else What's your customer's identity? And can you? change it. Can you liquify it? Can you harden it? Can you add elements to it? Can you make it? expand. Can you change the scale? When you're dealing with people the identity is the most important part. in your community. The startup fund raising like how can we identify with that? It's very hard to right. You don't have to change the name of the community build the identity that we are the kantana Roo were kangaroos, right? We're going to hop over to the next fun. raising and raise my fund. identity is the number one blockage in people's action. if you convince me otherwise and change my identity. Fundraiser made a sell there. He. took a boat and he moved his ship with the sail. he was able to cross the land by identifying it. and then change my identity.
