Music - how are you using it? 🎵🎶
In workshops and other group settings, I've found that using music as a separator of activities can be really helpful in getting people to transition from one activity to the next. For example, to signal we are about to start a task like writing down our own individual thoughts on post-its, I will often put on some mellow background music to create a more focused atmosphere. That way, people aren't so inclined to jump right into conversations with one another and can take a few minutes to gather their thoughts. Then, when it's time for us to move on, I'll usually stop the music and invite everyone's attention back to the group. Over time, music becomes a natural signal on what we are about to do next. It's amazing how something as simple as music can help people move seamlessly from one mode of thinking and working to another! How are you using music in your facilitation practice? P.S. I am sharing my go-to playlists in the first comment below.

Well for me, playing music while in a work shop, helps me to keep and maintain a clam, welcoming and conducive atmosphere. Which as a result helps my team members not to be bored with too much talking as well as keep the workshop lively, inspiring and a little bit entertaining. With this it helps to manage ones mental stress mostly when you expirence a kind of solemn musical playout on the background. Also there is this thing about keeping the teams spirit and energy high at every instance of the work shop. ...

I NEED A GUIDE PLS🙏
My apology to everyone, as stated earlier while introducing myself, that i am new hear and would appreciate your help and contribution towards my growth in becoming a facilitator. Just went through the course catalogue and what i saw is that a course can only be unlocked for me at level 3. So i am curious to know how i can level up so as to unlock a course to scale up my learning process. With this, i will greatly appreciate any help and guidiance on what to do.
