@Kim Ivy Busa I'm looking to invest in 1-on-1 coaching or mentorship from a founder or agency operating at the level I want to reach. If it’s a core service they offer, I want to learn their exact teaching methodology and master the decision-making framework behind their execution while I build and implement in real time
The Mindset Shift You Need to Break Free!
Feeling stuck doesn’t always mean you need a new plan. Sometimes, you need a new mindset. Growth comes from the choices you make every day, the habits you build, the people you surround yourself with, and the actions you take when things feel difficult. Motivation will come and go. But discipline, courage, and consistency are what keep you moving forward. The breakthrough you’re waiting for often begins with one decision to take action. What’s one change you need to make to start moving forward? #Believe

We have all heard these things before. However, success comes down to consistency and execution. Your "why" and your "how" drive both. It is simple, but it takes more hard work than most people are willing to do at the start, or are even capable of in the beginning.
The Psychology of Men Who Succeed Late in Life
The idea that time has run out is a complete myth, as the average age of successful startup founders in the United States is actually 45. Deciding to start late in life is supported by data from MIT and the US Census Bureau, which tracked millions of entrepreneurs to prove that experience provides a massive competitive advantage. Iconic business figures like Colonel Harland Sanders did not franchise Kentucky Fried Chicken until age 65, while Henry Ford founded his company at 39, Ray Kroc built McDonald's at 52, and Taikichiro Mori became a real estate giant in his fifties. Embracing past struggles, setbacks, and years of hard work equips leaders with the maturity, focus, and resilience required to turn past pain into a meaningful mission. WHAT'S THE WORST BUSINESS ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED?
Not all advice deserves to be followed. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs happen because you ignored what everyone else was telling you. What's one piece of business advice you completely disagree with?

This is not really advice, but a big change in how I view business. Last year, I went to a business mastermind with many successful six-figure owners. I used to think business had to be super formal and perfect. The host built a six-figure business without doing the usual corporate things. He taught us to be ourselves and let our personalities shine through. That experience taught me that everything does not have to be perfect to work. It gave me permission to do business without hiding my personality.
I Analyzed 50 Self-Made Millionaires: Here's What They All Do
Getting rich in America is far more ordinary than you think. You can build wealth even with a regular salary, but you must follow a specific pattern. Many self-made millionaires, like Anne Shyber, started with very little money. She turned a small saving of $5,000 into a giant $22 million estate just by buying strong brand stocks and leaving them alone for 50 years. Research by Dr. Thomas Stanley and Dr. William Danko shows that most millionaires are the first generation in their family to be rich. To win, you must first decide you are allowed to be wealthy, master one single skill, and save at least 20 percent of what you bring home. Building on rented land is a great reminder. You have to maintain autonomy over your assets so a sudden change or policy shift can't pull the rug out from under your business
