Here’s a poem I wrote recently as I’ve been processing heartbreak.

This space is for expression—not perfection. Not everything you’re carrying can be explained in a sentence. Some things need shape. Some things need color. Some things need rhythm. So in this space, you’re not limited to words. You can process through: - Poetry - Journaling - Voice notes (written out or described) - Drawings or sketches - Songs or lyrics - Letters (to God, to someone, or to yourself) - Even fragmented thoughts that don’t fully connect yet Because sometimes healing doesn’t come through explanation… it comes through expression. 📖 “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted…” — Psalm 34:18 He meets you in what’s real, not what’s polished.

You don’t have to be okay here. You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to be “over it.” You don’t even have to know what you feel yet. This space was created for the things that never got closure — the conversations that never happened, the apologies you never received, the version of you that had to let go without understanding why. A lot of us aren’t just dealing with what happened… we’re dealing with what it did to us. And that’s what this is for. Not to rush healing. Not to fix everything overnight.
