AI as a Business
I might be jumping to far ahead here, but I got into the program to use what we are taught to then use to help businesses integrate AI into their business to automate things, tasks, work flows, SOPs, etc and run as an agency or just as a service. I do that with whatever upfront fee and then some kind of ongoing monthly fee for maintaining and adding AI tools to streamline things in their business. When I did my DNA is ChatGPT I added this in as part of my goals, along with how I want to grow and scale it. First off, let me know if you might have similar ambitions… Secondly, I'm fairly unclear with how I can do any of that… LOL...AI Tools… how to set it up… how to do a “AI Audit” (as in going through the business’s processes and procedures and figuring out how AI would make it better or easier), and what are a few ground-level things I could offer that would be easy to implement for them and easy to maintain on an ongoing basis. Then as I learn new tools to use, I can just add those in as needed. I wonder if Replit would help me do this…ChatGPT has been great for creating offers, emails, and scripts for outreach… not sure it can tell me what to offer or how to set anything up once I have the client… This might be higher level, but that is what I want to do…

@Serena Vento ChatGPT talked me out of starting with either till later phases. Keep it simple without attaching a bunch of tools that might bug or fail and focus on the process to build out the consistent processes that I do over and over, get the workflows, the triggers, and then later input that into a map-out for Manus or Replit to do it automatically.

Here is what I have come up with so far, with help from ChatGPT, let me know what you think of it.I haven’t come up with a name for the business or logo or a website. This is just my offer deck/slides.
Don’t confuse preparation for failure
Sometimes in life you get what you want. Other times… you get what you need to grow into the person who can actually handle it. Most people see that as failure. They think the delay means they’re not ready, or the setback means they’re off track. But after doing this for decades, I can tell you...those “setbacks” are often the reps that build your strength. The lesson you’re learning right now may feel inconvenient, even unfair. But it’s actually preparing you to carry the success without crumbling when you get it. The truth is this: wanting it isn’t enough. You’ve gotta become someone who can sustain it. And that happens in the uncomfortable seasons...not the easy ones. Confidence comes from showing up again after you stumble. Clarity comes after the messy attempts, not before them. The struggle builds capacity if you let it. So no...you’re not behind. You’re being conditioned. You’re being shaped into the person who will not just reach the goal… but hold it, grow it, and lead with it. If you stop looking at this moment as proof you’re failing and start seeing it as the phase that’s building your foundation, everything changes. Because the people who learn in the struggle become the ones who are unstoppable when the opportunity arrives.

Going through the next level with my ChatGPT DNA, asking it questions, and getting it to really get to know me...it singles out my fear of financial failure being a big reason I never pulled the trigger or took action on the businesses I wanted to do. I opted to "learn more' and then used that as an excuse to never really start. All preparation, no follow through so I didn't fail at the business, because I never started the business; I failed at taking the risk on myself and seeing if doing would have actually led to something rather than not funding the things that could have gotten me there.
