You can only take someone as far as you’ve gone yourself. If you haven’t embodied the lesson, you don’t actually know how to guide someone through it. And giving guidance from theory, ego, or an unhealed wound can be dangerous. That’s why I believe the saying: don’t take advice from someone you wouldn’t want to be in that area of life. Eventually, after enough healing, something shifts. You can recognize a pattern in another person while also seeing where it lives in you — without making it about you. Then healing can happen simultaneously. But thats from learning how to see from your wiser self and not being connected to the story. But first, you have to go there yourself. And it includes healing and self mastery.

This was just a sample of the beginning of a Family Constellation—placing you and the problem in relation to each other and noticing what your body already knows. Do you feel small next to it? Anxious? Angry? Frustrated? Overwhelmed? Stuck? That reaction is information. Then we begin bringing in resources—spiritual protection, ancestors, support, strength—and notice whether anything shifts. Do you feel more grounded, more hopeful, more powerful, or like the problem has a little less control over you? That’s where the deeper work begins.
