Reflect on your perception
Your perception determines your actions. But what shapes your perception? Stress? Habits? Expectations? Question: What influences the way you see things? I'm looking forward to read your answers and discuss with you 😊

Reflection: Knowing vs Living
Think about something you 'know'. Presence. Calm. Clarity. Etc. Now ask: Can you access it when it matters? That gap is where practice begins. Question: Where do you feel this gap most clearly?

@Kilian Urban Perhaps practising it more often would help? It could help to establish a routine or evening ritual to develop new ways of responding to external circumstances.
Mechanism of Transformation
Practice shapes perception. Perception shapes action. Action shapes identity. Identity shapes relationships. This is how change happens. Not by thinking differently. But by experiencing things differently. Question: Where do you see this in your life?

I’m currently working with a class at school that is proving very challenging. The pupils have made it very clear how helpless they feel in the face of their teachers, and they believe that there is absolutely no point in trying to change things. They feel that their teachers have given up on them and aren’t willing to address their needs. In response, I used the 'glasses metaphor' to explain that, although they can't change other people or the current situation, they can change their perspective on it. By reframing things in this way, they in fact have an influence on what happens.
Are you constantly optimizing?
Modern culture trains us to optimize. Be faster. Be better. Be ahead. But something gets lost: depth clarity connection Embodied philosophy is not about improving yourself. It’s about meeting yourself. Question: Where in your life do you feel caught in optimization?

@Carlos javier González Chamorro could ut be that the feeling you mean can be described as being in a state of flow? From Wikipedia: Flow in positive psychology, also known colloquially as being in the zone or focused, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. In essence, flow is characterized by the complete absorption in what one does, and a resulting transformation in one's sense of time. Flow is the melting together of action and consciousness; the state of finding a balance between a skill and how challenging that task is.
