Is thumbpulling necessary, as I am.not very much comfortable and also not really having time and it also makes me feel hopeless. I am using reviv for 4 months r1 small for 3 months and r2 for a month, I have seen a bit wider palate but no facial changes, I believe I have maxillary hypoplasia but not too extreme. My maxilla is not like others inthe group who come up with the issues of recession, I can see their maxilla better, but my mid face is just collapsed, despite having beautiful features, my face doesn't look pretty due to not having good base with is maxilla, i cant explain my situation, it's not dental, my teeth are mostly straight, not so much of overbite, but my maxilla and face is not just recessed but there is some issue with the maxilla, it seems hypoplasia which one doctor also said. So I was wondering how much reviv alone can help in pure bone development in length width, position
