What would be your best tips and tricks for Main Purpose questions? How do you consistently get them right without wasting too much time?

What helped me the most is just understanding the passage. I know it sounds simple but if you understand every sentence you read you'll get it by the time you finish and wouldn't have to re-read or just at worst have no clue. Slow is fast.
