Describe one of the best shots you've ever hit...
One of mine was during a High School golf match. Tough Par 5, Hit driver perfectly. Had 205 yards to the flag but water in front guarded the green. Hit 5 wood perfectly over the water to ONE FOOT FOR EAGLE. I missed the putt 🤣

The best shot I’ve had was on hole 18 at Chambers Bay. We started on the back nine so it was actually our 9th hole. It was my birthday and I was playing with my son, brother and friend from high school. The day itself is a great story, but maybe another time. It was a par 5 and I was ~240 out on the right side of the fair way. My buddy (who’s a caddy at Chambers) says “Hit it to the left with your fade and let it roll onto the green.” At this point my entire goal is to get close to the green. I line up the shot and take my swing. It felt great and the ball took off! Started left towards the rough and then began to fade back to the right. We watched as it hit the front left of the green and began to roll back and down towards the hole. Finished pin high on the back tier about 30’ away. I missed the eagle, but made the birdie putt. Had that feeling “I’m as good as a pro.” 🤣 Still brings me chills to think about how much fun that was with family and a friend. That feeling is part of why I love to play.

Broke 80 today!!
On fire the front nine +1, back nine +6 par 72. Shot a 79 and made a 12 footer on 18 to do it! Never felt more comfortable on the tee with my driver. It was a great and rare feeling. TPI with @Anthony Thomas and now this! Coincidence. I think not! Par 3 pictured

@Anthony Thomas Off the tee for sure. I spray my driver more than Sherwin-Williams spay paints houses! Chipping is my next struggle and I usually have zero or one 3-putt thanks to a lesson I got a few years ago.

@Craig Heath yeah, I thank God regularly. I’ve played in 14 states and this Sunday I have a tee time in Amsterdam, NL. This will be my second country outside of the US I get to play in.
