Hi guys, Bre (BPMBabe) here. I am a music producer, DJ and Vibration Frequency facilitator. You may catch me hosting shamanic sound journeys back to self, DJing Buti Yoga at festivals, or throwing down a high energy set at a major outdoor music festival! I have hosted a stage at Bass and Unity festival called "Temple of the sun" which was a combination of dance, yoga, meditation and music. Here's my artist bio: BPMBabe - A unique sound that bridges the club and the underground. BPMBabe is quickly establishing herself in the Western Canadian Music Scene with a sound as bold as it is dynamic. Professionally trained with a trumpet, BPMBabe's humble prairie roots combined with her passion for bass music and percussion- heavy tech house allow her to seamlessly blend the two, delivering a sound like no other. Her debut solo track, hit #13 on the Beatport Tech House Top 100, this solo was also featured on Rd0Dave's Rd0Wave's radio show episode #114, and every song she has written has been snapped up by record labels quickly, a testament to her talent and precision. Having performed on major festival stages such as Motion Notion, Friendzy Fest, Emotion and Tulum's renowned Buutsha cenote club to name a few. With an arsenal of energy-driven tracks at her disposal and a stage to diagnose a fever on any dance floor. Hip-hop inspired bangers in conjunction with her radiant persona, there's no doubt that witnessing this BABE on the decks will surely get you fired up. Look for BPM controlling a dance floor near you. Record Labels - Journees Music (California), Phunk Junk Records (Chicago), Mixa Records (Florida), G-Mafia Records (Brazil), Bass Feature (Switzerland), Golden Phi Records (Canada). Check out this chat with Ben and Marna. They dive into the start of Miss Mar's DJ journey and she touches on how she curates a show, and creating her sets around a peak song. @Marna Rogoschewsky

Hello everyone, I'm Nathan, I own a music retail store that sells & repairs vintage stereo equipment called Sound Heritage (Nanaimo), I've lived on Vancouver Island for about 5 years & love the music & events scenes here! I've hosted many small live music events at my shop in the past two years, & am working on getting an outdoor space behind the store up to code for 100-200 person events in 2026-2027. Additionally, I'm into volunteering & working at festivals and burning man regional events, and am exploring ways to level up my skills in the off-seasons to be more helpful in these contexts. I attended the Laketown Events Training Program last year, gaining hands-on training in site operations and stage management. Was proud to lend my skills at Sunk City Music Fest, Pachena Bay, Otherworld & What If in summer 2025! I'm also learning to DJ, with Tech House as my first musical love in this regard! Hoping 2026 will be the year I perform in front of a crowd. Stoked to be a part of this intentional community and the collaborations to come 💫🎶🏞️
