I mainly do raw land and am a buyer for large TX farm and ranch land for 20-600+acres. We like properties that have good paved road frontage and water source close by, either wells or city water 1hr+- of the major TX cities in the TX triangle. We'll buy junk properties even if it has old mobile homes, liens, old houses, RV clean up etc. No commercial or development land, price per acre can be around 3-20k max.
