Blood work!
Most people don’t die suddenly. They ignore warning signs for years. Heart disease. Diabetes. Hormone collapse. It’s building right now — and you don’t feel it. Not getting blood work isn’t brave. It’s blind. Your labs tell you the truth your body whispers before it screams. If you actually care about your health — Test. Don’t guess.”
Reta and Mots-c
If you want real metabolic dominance, you don’t just suppress appetite — you reprogram metabolism. Retatrutide activates three powerful receptors — GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon — driving insulin sensitivity, aggressive fat utilization, and metabolic control. But here’s where it gets serious. MOTS-c goes straight to the mitochondria — activating AMPK, increasing glucose uptake into muscle, and upgrading cellular energy production at the source. So now you’re not just eating less. You’re burning more. You’re using fuel better. You’re improving metabolic flexibility. You’re enhancing mitochondrial performance. That’s systemic fat loss plus cellular energy optimization

Tirzepatide dosing
I’m looking for some help with tirzepatide dosing. This is for a women looking to stack with seramorlin . Every thing I’ve researched says to start with 2.5mg weekly. Will that convert to 2500 mcg and .5 ml once a week?

OK let's do the math. 5mg bottle will give you 5000mcg. 1 ml of water added. That in to 4 doses @ 25 units or 2.5 IU. That is 1250 mcg per dose. Even if you add 2 mil of water and do that amount it won't work out the same. It would be 725mcg. I would never start more than 2.5 for someone new in fact I would do the 725mcg for the fist 2 weeks. I hope this makes sense. Other wise you can make her sick on that larger dose.
