Recovery then we rebuild then we optimize
So I wanna make sure you guys understand when we do this if we skip a stage for recovery to optimize without rebuilding you’re just gonna crash the system so it’s really important. You understand recovery is the most important part of resetting the human body to optimize it so if you’re not sleeping well, you’ve gotta fix it if you’re not eating well, you’ve gotta fix it before you can rebuild the system which is the next phase and then we move onto optimization and if you’re going to skip steps shit just go and ho, hoes, and throw the whole thing in the trash cause that’s basically what you’re gonna do if you’re gonna crash the whole system when you’re setting up something a protocol or anything like that you wanna try it’s recovery it’s rebuild. It’s optimize that has to go in that order.
