Hello, everyone! My name is Bianca Varela I live in Lisbon and I’m a conductor and a choir singer :) Decided to join this community because: 1. I never know what to do when I go to the gym; 2. I know Manuel and I know how great his community is; 3. This will give me motivation to do more exercise! These are my biggest fitness and music goals right now: 1. Gain strength; 2.
