🌟 Coach Focus: Meet Carolyn Melnick
We're excited to celebrate another incredible coach in the Global I AM Movement. Carolyn Melnick has officially launched MyClearLight - a beautiful community dedicated to helping people rediscover something many of us have forgotten... How to have fun again. Somewhere along the way, life became all about responsibilities, deadlines, and productivity. But joy isn't something you earn after you've finished your to-do list. It's something you're meant to experience along the way. Inside MyClearLight, you'll discover creative painting sessions, journaling prompts, movement, fun challenges, colouring pages, puzzles, and a supportive community that reminds you what it feels like to be fully alive again. If you've been craving more laughter, more creativity, and more lightness in your life, this is your invitation. 💛 Join Carolyn and become part of the MyClearLight community today. Let's celebrate Carolyn in the comments and wish her every success as she helps people reconnect with joy.

My advice would be to be more intentional with my life and to take proper care of my body and health.
Why Most Coaches Never Make It
You can't build a million-dollar business with a survival mindset. One of the biggest reasons new coaches fail is because they're trying to play it safe. They launch on hobby plans. They run ads at $2 a day. They buy the cheapest tools they can find. They spend months "testing" before making a real commitment. What they're really saying is: "I don't believe this will work, so let me spend as little as possible proving myself right." Imagine putting a roast in the oven at 10 degrees just to see if the oven works. That's how most people approach business. Successful coaches think differently. They don't ask: "What's the least I can invest?" They ask: "What's required to give this the best chance of succeeding?" If you're launching your community on a hobby plan, you're communicating that it's a hobby. If you're not prepared to invest in your business, why should anyone else? The reality is simple: Winners play to win. Most people play not to lose. And those are two completely different games. The biggest risk isn't investing in your dream. The biggest risk is spending years treating it like a side project and wondering why nobody takes it seriously. 👇 Question for the community: What is one area of your coaching business where you know you've been playing it safe?

@Tebogo Letswalo This is absolutely true! It is not necessarily that you are playing safe. It is starting small and in your meanse, and grow from there.
Coach Chané's 7-Day C.O.R.E. Accountability Pod / 8 June
Welcome to my accountability pod. I AM Coach Chané 👋 This post will be our group check-in space for the 7-Day C.O.R.E. Nervous System Reset. For the next seven days, we are not trying to fix everything at once. We are slowing down, becoming more aware, and taking one honest step at a time. Please comment below with: 1. What made you join the C.O.R.E. reset? 2. What part of your life feels most demanding right now? Use this post for your daily reflections, questions, wins, and progress check-ins. This helps me keep everything organised and makes it easier for me to track, support, and prioritise everyone inside this pod. No pressure to be perfect. Just show up honestly. Comment below 👇

@Chané Potgieter I am holding most tension in my shoulders and jaw. I am learning to listen to my body.

@Chané Potgieter I noticed that I tend to overlook my emotions and don't pretend that it doesn't exist, just to keep going and getting through the day. This week I am choosing to take a breath after a rush. I am taking one small step forward.
🔥 Complete your first coaching exercise.
Finish this sentence: "The person I am becoming is someone who..." Post your answer in the comments below and let's celebrate your first step toward transformation. 👇

The person I am becoming is someone who is more intentional about health, regulation, and just simply taking better care of myself so that I can help and serve better.

I am a wife, a mom, a bookkeeper since 1998. My skill is purely experience. I didn't study bookkeeping. Now I am pursuing something new!
