We're looking for a highly skilled AI Voice Agent Specialist to join our team full-time. If you have extensive experience building AI agents from scratch, know how to script, prompt, and optimize conversations, and can communicate directly with clients to understand their exact needs—this role is for you. What You'll Be Doing: - Building and optimizing AI voice agents from scratch - Experimenting with different scripts to find the winning approach - Fine-tuning prompts for maximum engagement and conversions - Setting up AI agent workflows, automation, and integrations - Communicating with clients to customize AI interactions to their business - Ensuring high-quality AI performance for our solar and home improvement clients - What We're Looking For: - Proven experience in AI voice agent development - Strong ability to script, prompt, and iterate AI responses - Comfortable experimenting and testing different frameworks - Hands-on experience with Retell.ai, ChatDash, and GHL is a huge plus - Strong communication skills & ability to understand client needs - A self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility About Us: We’re a fast-growing solar marketing company working with clients across multiple home improvement industries.
