Cold Truth: Opens + OOO ≠ Success
Your 25% open rate? It's fake. And if you're optimizing based on it, you're building your entire cold email strategy on broken data. Why Open Rates Don't Matter: - Apple Mail Privacy Protection - Auto-opens emails to preload images. You see "opens" even if nobody read it. - Google Image Proxy - Loads images through proxies, triggering fake opens. - Tracking Pixels Hurt Deliverability - That open tracking pixel makes you look like marketing spam, hurting inbox placement. - Opens ≠ Interest - Someone can open and delete instantly. Someone can never "open" but still reply. Opens tell you nothing about whether your campaign is actually working. Hey @Jay Feldman I am just curious, do you think we can sell skool memberships through cold emails? If yes, is there a different process for that than normal cold emailing process where we sell high ticket services
Suspended Notice
I'm setting up mailboxes for myself inside my own Google workspace account. Some mailboxes are immediately flagged after creating the user, some are flagged later. Basically, I get, this "Unverified sign-in" error along with user suspended notice on particular user inside google workspace. Reason is: For each mailboxes (user), google is asking me to put unique mobile number (which I don't have) to verify account.... Anyway to not add unique phone numbers to each mailbox (user accounts) and still run mailboxes for cold email without user suspension by google?
