Roast my new image
Been working on an image for this community that is not bland and will make people click on it. Growth boots increased the reach here a lot, but convertion didn't follow, it's at 2% at the moment. I'm still working on a new copy, but let's start with the image first. This is the by the books template for cover images that work, your face on the side, the logo on the other side and a short text selling the idea bellow. Except that I refuse to put my face here, since unlike many communities I'm not selling a funnel to my own services. I'm actually sharing that funnel with VIP members who will have the same place as I do to promote their work, be it in the classroom, "the hire a skooler" page or the live events they can host. So I'm not the center here, I'm not in the spotlight, I'm just a VIP in my own group. This is what I want to do here, and I'm actually planning another community that will have me more in the center of it. So the face here is Roasty! He represents all of us. What do you think? Is this more clickable than the previous one?

Jerky Journal: Skool Growth Boost
Good morning, skoolers! Welcome to a new edition of the Jerky Journal, presented by Roasty! --------------------------------------------------------- Let's start with the sport news from Roastbert 🏆1st @Aimee Jardon: 38 points Aimee is as aways delivering the most thoughtful and passionate roasts. She is a sales master that helps people sell better with science at 🌹SNAP: Golden Rose VIP💯 🥈2nd @Nick Nebelsky : 24 points Nick is a seasoned roaster with storytelling creativity! He is a celebrity skooler famous for the incredible 🎬 AI STORYTELLERS 📖 group! 🥉 3rd @Sergio Spadavecchia: 17 points Sergio is an active member here, who has been consistently among the top 3. He will help you become a Cinematographer, Photographer and Designer at MASTER ACADEMY▶️FILM PHOTO ART Also @Aimee Jardon just took the second pinned post ad place for being the current most active member! ---------------------------------------------------------- 🚨 Breaking News: Growth boost was just implemented for skool. @Paulo Costa, The Roaster has a little rant about it. It's a very controversial feature. Why? Because Skool is taking 30% comission in exchange for promoting you on facebook ads and their own discovery system. That includes when people click on your profile, when people find your community on discovery and when they find your community on the facebook ads. So the big downside is that if you promote yourself mainly from inside skool, you will always pay the comission. And yes, the referral link for your own community does not exist anymore. So if you're very active on the classifieds or skoolers getting members from those places, skool willl still take the comission from what I understand.

High Ticket vs Low Ticket / B2B or B2C?
[ROAST MY LESSON] - Updated repost from old community First of all the concept of what is hight ticket and low ticket is relative. $500 is high ticket for solopreneurs selling to other people (B2C) but is low ticket for entrepreneurs selling to other businesses (B2B). That can vary depending on the situation and your definition on what high and low is, but to make things simple, let's say that low ticket is most of the times selling to common people without a serious/mature business and high ticket is almost always on a B2B model be it for mature solopreneurs, small businesses or enterprises. For low ticket the approach is completely different. People buy with emotion. A charismatic sales person that uses tricks to play with your emotions and create urgency for you to buy their product is what works here. Now serious businesses buy with strict criteria. Your high ticket sales need to be predictable, have a clear and precise explanation and documentation and very well writen contracts with clear accountability. The marketing strategies you use for small sales like generating scarcity and promotional prices with deadlines do not work for enterprise level sales. It's all about having a very solid process and documentation, while being willing to navigate through the whole bureaucracy involved. So it's not about playing with emotions anymore, it's about earning trust before the transaction is made. As someone who did presales for multinational companies and is now a solopreneur at the side I can see how big the contrast is . B2B sales might take months on bureaucracy alone. BTW @Lidia Axe is having a debate on that in her new group Community Income Mastermind: Low Ticket on Trial debate! I'm also appropriating this meme I got there, because it's completetly true:

Hey everybody! New to skool, and just began setting up my first classroom! It’s still a work in progress, but I’m here to ask- what can and should I do differently or better in the coming days? Thanks in advance! https://www.skool.com/scooters-garage-1270/about?ref=1c1ca2a1037243a998f2fb47b2e1341e

Run a community in under 60 minutes a week!
That's the feat @Laura Paulina will help achieve on The Calm Engine! With a structucture that works so you are not the engine. If you run a Skool community and you're the one keeping it alive, this was built for you. Laura lost everything at 48. Nine months on the streets. What rebuilt her was structure - not hustle, not visibility grinding, not someone else's playbook. Structure. She built The Calm Engine on that same principle. Two things happen to most Skool owners: their community only moves when they're feeding it, and they grind in other people's spaces just to get seen. The Calm Engine ends both. - 🔄Flywheel Operators work through the 7-phase Skool Flywheel Playbook and install the operating system that runs their community so they can stop running it manually. - ⚙️Gear Turners share one working mechanism in our monthly Accelerator Event and reach Skool owners across every category on the platform. One session. Consistent reach. It compounds every month. - Your path: Grinding owner → Calm Operator → Gear Turner with something worth sharing. Different gears. Same direction. Join free → your path starts on Day 1
