💚 I’m gathering questions for our free live session this week:
This Saturday, we’re talking about why behaviour strategies often fail in hard moments...and what to do first instead. What’s one question you’d love covered live? It can be specific or broad: - meltdowns - shutdowns - sibling conflict - aggression - bedtime - school struggles - what to do in the moment Drop it below and I’ll use these to shape the session. 💚

Welcome to the Body-Heart-Brain™ Parent Community 👋 This space is for parents who want to understand behaviour through the nervous system - not just manage it with strategies that stop working when emotions run high. Step 1: Reply to 2–3 introductions below. Ask a question or share encouragement. Step 2: Introduce yourself using this (optional) template: - Where you're joining us from - What brought you to Body-Heart-Brain - One challenge you're navigating (if you're comfortable sharing) Next Step: Head to the Start Here section to learn the Body-Heart-Brain framework and access to our FREE BHB Resources 👉 Start Here 💚

Hi I am Bex from England, I have two young girls and recently became a single mom, whilst experiencing a messy separation. Shielding my girls from the fall out, my girls are both strong willed with the youngest being neurodivergent. Would love to make life peaceful and happy for them giving them the correct tools to deal with distress and upset and understand their emotions. ❤️
