Just given another Pre Trained VA to a host today making that the 91st VA we've given out 🤩
But wanted to share something which will bring you value if you have a VA. If you are currently working with a Virtual Assistant (VA), there is one simple thing you can do to add immense value to your business: show appreciation. It’s easy to forget that VAs are human beings, not robots. A small gesture of gratitude goes a long way. Even a simple message can make a world of difference: "Hey [VA's Name], I just wanted to say we really appreciate all the hard work you’re doing for us. Keep up the great work!" Sending a text like this boosts morale and motivates them to go the extra mile. While a physical bonus is always nice, sincere recognition often creates a deeper sense of commitment and job satisfaction. I recently had one of the VA's reach out to me out of the blue, expressing how much she loves working for her host. She mentioned that because her host constantly shows appreciation for her hard work, she feels inspired to work even harder. If you have a VA, take a moment to show some gratitude today. It’s a small investment that yields massive returns. 😃

New Youtube Video With BEVERLY
Most people think SA is about getting properties… It’s not. It’s about getting the RIGHT guest. Beverly’s properties are now fully booked with longer-term stays — and it’s not luck šŸ‘‡ āœ… She knows her ideal guest (contractors)Everything is built around THEMParking, workspace, simple setup, low maintenance šŸš€ She markets for LONGER staysLess hassleFewer complaintsMore consistent income šŸ’” She’s systemised everythingCleaners on autoCalendar sharedMinimal involvement day-to-day āš ļø Where most people go wrong: - They don’t choose a clear guest type - They furnish for ā€œeveryoneā€ → attracts no one - They ignore systems → create another job - They pick the wrong property (area + building issues matter) - šŸŽÆ Key takeaway: This isn’t about property’s it's about building a business around a specific guest. Get that right… everything else becomes easier. If your SA feels hard right now…It’s probably not your effort — it’s your strategy. Big booking today £28,950
£4,800 per month for 6 month. Running cost £2,250 Profit: £15,300 over the booking. This is a best case scenario a lot of long-term bookings, but it's still potential when you use the right strategy and marketing!! Who is looking to get bookings like this!!

Strategic Pivot Season šŸ”„
This week I made a decision that most people wouldn’t understand… I handed back a property. On paper? āœ” Numbers stacked āœ” Right area āœ” Right guest avatar āœ” Demand was there But here’s the truth… it wasn’t serving me. And that’s the level I’m operating on now. Just because a deal works doesn’t mean it’s aligned. Just because it cashflows doesn’t mean it builds the vision. Instead of holding onto something that was ā€œokayā€, I created space for something strategic. šŸš€ I’ve officially kickstarted my management company šŸ” Taken on a 3-bed in Staines šŸ“ˆ Building long-term leverage instead of short-term attachment This isn’t about chasing units. It’s about building structure. Systems. Positioning. Control. Sometimes the win isn’t adding more… It’s refining the direction. Grateful for the mentorship, the room, and the mindset shift. We build properly over here. Onwards and upwardšŸ’ŖšŸæšŸ’ŖšŸæ
