So I have spent the last week with my daughter and my grandson, helping her. This week I am focusing on maybe dusting my desk and tackle at least one thing on my to-do list, which is to sort out my website.

💬 What do you work on most with your coaching clients?
There are so many different directions a coaching session can take. Confidence, boundaries, goals, relationships, habits, self-discovery, stress, mindset, motivation, life balance… and probably another 100 things I haven't mentioned. One of the interesting things about coaching is that the same topic can lead you in different directions depending on the client. A client who wants to work on confidence might need to explore their strengths, challenge a belief about themselves, look at where their self-doubt comes from, notice how they talk to themselves or take a small action they've been avoiding. Someone who wants help with their goals might need to work out what they want, break a big goal down, explore what's getting in the way or decide what they're going to do next. So when you're deciding what to do in a session, it can help to start with: - What does my client need now? - Do they need to explore something or take action? - What's underneath what they're telling me? - Would a coaching tool help them explore this further? - Is there something they could continue working on between sessions? It can be useful to have plenty of ideas and resources to draw on when the conversation takes you somewhere you weren't expecting. 👇 What topic comes up most often with your coaching clients?

I am definitely the same as Adam. My coaching is very much tailored to the results my clients want: very individual and bespoke coaching for them. The one topic that does come up a lot is boundaries: setting healthy boundaries and that it is okay to say no and no is a complete sentence, which was a real revelation for one of my clients. I would also say making time for themselves without guilt. Throughout my coaching there are ongoing reviews and goal setting, accountability, motivation, testing, learning, and trying new holistic practises, and allowing the practises that don't work to be put aside without guilt all feeling like its a failure.
🎂 BIRTHDAY Giveaway #2: The Life Map 🗺️
Birthday Week continues, and today I’ve got another resource from inside the Coaching Resource Library for you. 🎉 🎁 Today’s giveaway is my Life Map Worksheet I love this exercise because it can open up some interesting conversations with your coaching clients. The Life Map helps your client look back over their life and plot the experiences that have shaped them, with their high points shown as peaks and more difficult periods shown as troughs. Once they've created their map, you can use the reflection questions to explore what they notice about their journey, how past experiences have influenced them and what they might want to focus on moving forward. It’s a useful way to learn more about a client and uncover things you might want to explore together in your coaching sessions. 🎁 GET THE LIFE MAP WORKSHEET It’s yours to download and keep as part of our Birthday Week celebrations 🥳 ******************************** And remember, my $50 birthday gift is available all week too. 🎂 I’m giving you $50 towards lifetime access to the complete Coaching Resource Library. One payment, lifetime access and no monthly or yearly fees. 🎂 GET YOUR $50 BIRTHDAY GIFT And Birthday Week isn't over yet... 🎉 *********************************
