Whatcha doin??
I decided that today would be a music day 🎵🎶 because I haven't had one in a very long time :-) ...it's hard to sit lol I've been asked to lead worship for close to Christmas and I really struggle with Christmas songs LOL especially when they don't pertain to worship. So I made a joke to our pastor's wife, You know Who You are ;-)... Maybe I should just write my own song LOL Well, that started yesterday and has resumed today! Haha! Praise God He uses downtime well when we give Him our day!! I'm super excited to write this song, I started writing it thinking it was going to be a worship song for Jesus because I find that's lacking in Christmas music nowadays. The Holy Spirit had other plans... Turns out He's writing a call to know Him in deeper relationship for both believers and non-believers through Christmas. It deeply touches my heart and humbles me that He, the King of Kings, wants to partner with me doing anything !! Especially something I love to give back to Him. 🎶💖🎵🙏 What an Awesome God 🙌🤲👏 Have you asked Him how He wants to partner with you today? Be careful 😂 He will answer! But I highly recommend it! 😜

Beacon Light! 🚨
Summer and I have been doing this devotional together by Andy Stanley. I really appreciate how he speaks, I heard him live in Kelowna when I was living there and it really spoke to my heart. This was today's devotional and I appreciated it so much I thought I would share it: 🚨 “A Beacon in the Darkness” God’s ultimate plan for your life reaches beyond the visions he’s given you for your family, business, ministry, and finances. He has positioned you in your culture as a singular point of light. A beacon in a world that desperately needs to see something divine, something that is clearly not of this world. Above and beyond the achievements associated with your vision, he wants to draw people to himself. Our visions are means to a greater end, namely the glory of God and the salvation of men and women. This is his ultimate objective, his ultimate desire. 🙏 (I really like this part!) Have you ever prayed anything along these lines: “Father, let my light shine before people in such a way that they may see my good works and glorify you”? I don’t hear prayers like that very often. Our prayers hover close to our personal visions and dreams. All too often we focus our prayer energies on trying to get God to bless something, change somebody, or grant us success with a project. Yet he is far more interested in the consistency of our light in environments where light is not appreciated. All our projects, dreams, and visions are merely potential opportunities for the Father to draw attention and people to himself. When you pray for your family, don’t limit your request to “protection” and “blessing.” Pray that God would establish your family as a light in your community. Ask him to use your family relationships to attract others’ attention to him. Ask him to allow others to detect a divine element in your family’s life and lifestyle. When you pray for financial and business success, ask God to grant it in such a way that those outside the faith sit up and take notice. Pray that the people around you would realize that your success was accomplished with the help of your God.

Powerful Robin! We need to have an eternal perspective. We belong to the kingdom of God. The Kingdom of light. That light needs to radiate into the darkness of a world that does not acknowledge Jesus Christ, the light of the world. “He is the hope of the nations.” We need to live our lives honouring Him. We need to live our lives in a way that says “the King is in residence here”! Less about us and more of Him! Help us Lord to shine your light within us for Jesus!🙌
Redeeming the Past
✝️ Scripture: “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!” – Isaiah 43:18–19 🗝️ Your past does not disqualify you—it positions you!! ❤️‍🔥 God redeems what the enemy meant for harm and grace ace doesn’t erase history, but instead, it rewrites your story with hope! 🪞 Reflection: What part of your past still tries to define you? 🙏 Practice Step: Write down that memory, then cross it out with this truth: “In Christ, I am made new.” YOU ARE VALUABLE!! Jesus paid the highest price for you because HE says, you ARE worth it! 💫💝

Amen!
Let's pray!
Type ‘FIRE’ and declare: ‘Holy Spirit, ignite my life, my heart, and my family. Burn every spirit of darkness assigned against us! “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you.” Acts 1:8

FIRE 🔥 Come Holy Spirit!
OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN
I'm going to keep this so simple today. When I woke up this morning, I didn't know what to pray. My mind was flooded immediately with pressing issues and pain, so I prayed what I already knew: the Lord’s Prayer. If you're struggling to pray, start this sacred moment with the prayer that Jesus taught us to pray. In fact, I'd invite you right now to pray it with me out loud: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. (Matthew 6:9-13 NIV) In the Lord's Prayer, Jesus shares a master class on this topic in just 52 words. The theologian J.I. Packer once said this of it: "what it means to be a Christian is nowhere clearer than here." Let me give you my summary of this precious prayer that I hope will encourage you to pray it again and again! We have a Holy Father, and our deepest desire should be that His kingdom would come and His will would be done right where we are, as it is in heaven. He can be trusted to provide all that we need. He forgives, and we should do the same. He can protect us from the temptation to believe that our prayers and faith aren't enough right now, and He's more than powerful enough to silence our enemy and our accuser. Take a moment, pray it again. Let it settle into your soul. And even though it's not a part of the official prayer from scripture, don't be afraid to add that exciting tagline that was added historically so many years ago: “For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever and ever. Amen.” Never forget, my friends, you are all God’s beautiful miracles!
