Hi Carly. We've been struggling a ton to speak to a homeowner. Our list are all created from BatchLeads and pushed to dial on BatchDialer. We're calling in Maricopa County in Arizona. Our connection rates would range to 4% on a pending redial which can be understandable if the list has been exhausted for about a month in and 10% on a brand new list. We have been using a tool (IPQS) outside of BatchDialer to verify our phone numbers before calling everyday. I think we're banned from using the free phone number checker tool since it's probably blocking our IP address. Going back, we have about 5 to 7 phone numbers we use depending on how big the list is. I'm thinking it's either the phone numbers appearing most likely as spam or the homeowner's phone numbers are wrong. We'd appreciate some guidance on how other investors and wholesalers have done to increase their connection rate by the recommended rate of 15% to 20%.
