Hi, I’m Christine, I’m a fledgling trauma recovery coach and I live in Northumberland in the North of England. Looking forward to interacting with everyone!

I'm eventually going to have a section for program participants here but in the meantime, I'm so curious to know what your coaching approach is. Do you combine somatic and emotional work, or just do one or the other? If I bring program participants into general community, I would be happy to have your input as well. We are all in this together.
