🌙 Evening Check-In: The Living List Oct. 19🌿
Alright, Jungle Mamas — time to breathe and take stock. Our Living Lists aren’t about finishing everything. They’re about noticing what moved — what grew, what shifted, what simply survived another day. Post your Living List recap below 👇 🪶 What got done? 🍃 What rolled forward to tomorrow? 🔥 What absolutely didn’t happen (and that’s okay)? This rhythm is what keeps the Jungle alive — small movements, honest reflection, no judgment. We don’t chase perfection here. We track life in motion. Because the list doesn’t end — it just keeps breathing with you. 💚

🌿 Morning Accountability Check-In - Oct. 19🌿
Good morning, Jungle Mamas ☀️The coffee’s (mostly) hot, the to-do list is already staring us down — and it’s time to set the tone for the day. Here’s how we’re doing things now:🪶 Drop your daily list right here in the comments — big or small, doesn’t matter.🪶 Check back in tonight to reply to your own comment with what you actually got done. No guilt. No fluff. Just a little momentum stacking — together. Remember: this isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, even when the vines are tangled.Every task done (or even half done) is one less thing weighing on your mind. ✨ Bonus tip: Write your list like a pep talk. “Fold the laundry” sounds dreadful. “Slay Mount Sockmore”? Much better. Alright, Jungle — your move. What’s on today’s survival list? 💪🌿

🌿 Tuesday Morning Jungle Check-In 🌿
We’ve been climbing fast, but now it’s about grip, not speed. It’s easy to add, add, add… but the real power move? Subtract first.🪓 Clear the dead vines.🌱 Make space for what matters.⏳ One minute saved today could stack into whole hours by the end of the week. So let’s get tactical this Tuesday: 👉 When you sit down to plan your day (or week), what’s the first thing you subtract before you add the new “must do’s”? Drop it below 👇 — and let’s remind each other that subtraction is its own kind of action. And, don't forget, new Coffee Break time at 11! 🙃

It’s always been hard to me to find this balance. I make a mile long to do list and then get annoyed because i didn’t get it all done. Learning to clear for me is also scheduling things out. like maybe i really want to organize that drawer (et) but household was sick last week with stomach flu so it’s not realistic to give myself “extras” when im so behind on the maintenance. Today I tried to three page rule of journaling I heard recently: to “brain dump” three pages to clear out brain space. Writing down a to do list helps me, but what really helped with the overwhelm is scheduling out and / or delegating when possible. I appreciate the theme of clearing out lately. Very relatable right now. Mentally and physically.
