Acts1: 4-8 ....."It is not for you to know time or periods that the father has set by his own authority. But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come on you... "It is not for you to know time or periods"= Be quiet and trust God Promise = gift given by God Power = power deposited in your by God Everything points back to God. Nothing is done from your own abilities. It is by God alone that you will receive anything and everything that you have. This has been a hard lesson for me but has got easier the more and more that I have come to the same question "God, when is it my turn?" "God, when will the time come?" because I am able to look back at His goodness time and time again.
