Every challenge has a solution... As for breathing, that is step 1. Step 2 is reframing the challenge by paying attention to the energy you give it with your words. A "severe" tech issue would be a total loss of power, or a rocket booster on a shuttle breaking loose. A glitch with internet or a system getting funky is annoying/frustrating, and slows your roll. A time to pause. As you breathe into it, ask that question... What is this trying to teach me? I know I am capable of sorting this out. I have everything I need. If you breathe while still clutching to the challenge, the energy will stay negative. Set the challenge down for a moment, go for a walk, watch something funny, take a nap, call a friend. Then come back to it. Maybe out of the box thinking. Who do you know who has wicked smart kids who could help, or an old collegue, or Apple genius bar. There is always a creative out of the box answer, but you won't find it from the land of anxious and frustrated. The point of the breathing is to reset your nervous system and generate state, but first set down the weight of the world so you can allow the answers to flow.
