FIRST WEEK UPDATE
Hello everyone So I've heard back from SKOOL and I've also had a meeting with two other platforms that are used for fitness class communities. The issue seems to be that if you do a live class with other people joining it unless you stream it through another app such as Zoom or Vimeo, the replay will show all taking part in cool/video. It's a bit of a faff to stream through both devices, I'm from experience of Zoom for three years at times it could be glitchy. The majority of you guys registered for Online Classes are looking for playback in your own time. So I'm proposing that I post workouts as in when ready for you to do. This also means I can designate a couple of hours to recording content rather than be set times which with my really busy schedule does make it easier, and I feel the quality of class I deliver I will be better too. Talking to the reps from Mind and body and Everfit, this is how most of the trainers seem to do it. Uploading one to 2 sessions a week. I am happy to do more, and before you know, it'll be a big catalogue of stuff anyway. I also really want to build the community of this group. Sharing sharing photos, advice ups and downs all helps do that and of course incentivises and support each of you. I was also thinking once a month, we could have a dropping coffee... obviously no pressure to attend but literally make one sit down in front of the laptop and have a 20 minute catch up! Be really nice to see some of you, especially though it's not so close or I haven't seen for a while. i appreciate your feedback on all of this. Obviously, it matters to me how you feel about Stuff. But of course, there were always limitations as to what I can deliver. I've attached a little pole at the bottom! You know how much I love asking everybody's opinion ha ha ha ha. hello! Am also happy with playback - I would like some accountability on actually doing it - maybe a checklist or something? And also sort of knowing when I new will be uploaded so can schedule in again as a bit of an incentive? First class info
Morning So 9.30 am UK time today will be the first session! Exciting, also nervous! The perfect mix ekkkkk! You should've received an invite in your calendar, which has got the class link along with a link for Spotify music. Those of you who trained with me the past or understands that generally I stand at the front like a Wally phoning in hand with Music earbuds in ear (you guys use a speaker). Say 54321 press play and our Music oh pretty much is in sync. You might be thinking that sounds complicated and maybe too much for first session, so if you wanted me to just play your own stuff in the background that's cool. Moving forward, it is good to try and use the music that I use both of trained with me in the one appreciate fucking great music, two understand how the music pushes you to train a bit harder. Anyway, I run out for now. I will turn the camera on from about 20 past, some people can join and login earlier, but like I say, you do the lives. At the end, I will upload them.
