I sat in silence for about 5/6 minutes giving no authority to thoughts, while doing that a wave of emotions came over me and I started to cry when l opened my eyes.
@Michelle Harewood I've experienced this a couple of times recently. I've been learning Qi Gong with @Shani Luna Williams and in our last lesson we tapped into our Chi energy and since then, I've really allowed myself to sit with silence and just allow my energy to become one and I've experienced similar emotions as a result. It's a wonderful feeling and a great way to release everything.
Since joining this group and practicing the art of presence, I'm starting to see a change in myself. The things that used to bother me and stress me out are starting to appear to be more and more meaningless now. Have you guys experienced this?
I have experienced similar, I'm changing daily from what I see but it's for the better. Embracing the chaos that seems to be present at this moment 🙏🏾☯️☮️🧿
