Huge Win! 17 properties!
Hey, So im not on here nearliy as much as I should be! But Wanted to give a huge shout out to @Josh Rivera and the whole D2D team! We just lock up a deal with 17 properties! 15 are land deals and 2 houses that need to be flipped. 14 in PA 1 in MI, 1 in TX, 1 in NM. That came from one of our Facebook leads!

@Michael Mason Kool.. what part of Utah.. I moved from San Francisco years ago to St George (11yrs resident-loved it) and now live in Las Vegas but still interested in getting some properties in So Utah & the Bay Area. Are you in Utah, SLC, Davisor Weber County? Did you get most of your portfolio with creative (subto/seller financing)?
