My ideal Skool member might think something like this: I want to understand how to apply AI to my daily life I do not want to watch yet another video course or "master class" on AI and go away without knowing what to do next I want the contents to be relevant to my life, my work, and my leisure activities I want to be entertained, not bored, but ... I do not want a comical hollywood video I want to learn things quickly and have a feeling of progression and success I want to have a certificate to show my employer I do not want to watch super long videos I want to have that eureka-moment many times I do not want the feeling of having a mountain of additional work ahead of me

@Marcin Hakemer-Fernandez Dear Marcin, thank you so much for your time and your insights! This was very helpful indeed! I can totally see what you mean that I look at it from a provider perspective. I tried to put myself into the shoes of someone looking for a course, but well. 🙂 Your suggestion to niche down is great, and I will be working on that. However, I do not provide a course for creating videos with AI, but for people trying to get into AI. (Your related guess in your video response was spot on.) This stems from my experience giving courses, webinars, etc., and encountering the same questions again and again. So my niche is beginners who look to understand AI to use it in various situations (not to do one specialty trick with AI). Like a doctor who does not specialize as a surgeon or cardiologist, but as a general practitioner, which would then be his specialization. I hope to be able to convey this better, and will work on it. Thank you for the impulse! Btw, my site, at the time you were looking at it, was still under construction. The language mix was due to me changing the topic of the course, and because I decided to offer the course in English rather than German. So thank you, and keep pushing us to improve. This is awesome! 🙂
