Hi all - Bernard here from Belgium. I now work in a regular bar where I like to focus on the coffee side of things - with the intent to set up a small coffee shop where people can meet, work and socialize with friends. I am also an online marketing strategist for hospitality businesses and my first question is always- and this is VERY IMPORTANT fo coffee shops: “How do you communicate with your guess as soon as they leave your business?”. I answer this question and even demonstrate this ‘system’ and therefore have helped already many businesses becoming AWARE of the importance of beng able to communicate with your new (and of course) existing clients!! I know when I will start my small coffee shop, I will be able to reach MANY PEOPLE, fast with the intent to inform them about deals, events, VIP treats, …. Reason for being here is to further learn about HOW to start a real coffee bar 😄.
