Headline: Shalom from London! So grateful to be home
Hello Kingdom Family! I’m Coach Bernard. I am so moved by the mission of Kingdom University. As a Messianic Jew and the Founder of Worship Him Ministries International, I have dedicated my life to seeing people walk in the fullness of who God created them to be. By day, I serve as a Company Director in the UK, and I’m also a children’s book author—I wrote THE ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN L.I.S. AND CORKY FELINE. Whether in the boardroom or through storytelling for children, my heart is always about building faith and legacy. I’m here to: - Grow alongside this faithful community as we strengthen our homes. - Support the mission of healing and breaking generational patterns. - Serve—I am always available to assist, offer prayer, or share insights from my ministry and business journey where needed. Looking forward to connecting with you all on the Prayer Wall and in the lessons! One prayer, one lesson, one step at a time.

@Joy Perry Thank you Joy
Start Here: Welcome to the Kingdom University Parenting Community
Welcome to Kingdom University 🖤I’m so glad you’re here. This community is for Christian parents who are trying to break generational cycles, raise emotionally healthy children, and stop parenting from survival mode. A lot of us love our kids deeply, but we were never taught how to discipline without yelling, how to stay consistent, how to teach our children about God, or how to heal from what we went through while still showing up for them. Inside Kingdom University, we focus on 4 things: 1. Healing the parent 2. Disciplining without becoming who hurt us 3. Raising children who know God 4. Equipping teens for real life and real faith Start here: Introduce yourself in the community and tell us: How old are your children? What is your biggest parenting struggle right now? What are you believing God to change in your home? You are not a bad parent.But you are responsible for breaking the cycle. Welcome home.

A Mind Renewed Under Pressure
Many parents carry the weight of multiple roles...nurse, taxi driver, teacher, chef, breadwinner, counsellor. It’s easy to slip into autopilot or fall prey to negative self‑talk: “I’m failing.” “I can’t get through today.” Scripture calls us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. This doesn’t mean faking positivity but choosing, with God’s help, to replace lies with truth. When your mind tells you that you’re not enough, remind yourself that God says you are His workmanship and dearly loved. When you’re tempted to speak harshly to yourself or your children, pause and ask, “Would these words honour God?” If not, choose silence, a walk, or a prayer. Small shifts matter stepping outside for fresh air, putting on a worship song, or texting a friend for prayer can redirect your thoughts. Over time these choices train your mind to align with God’s view of you and your family, helping you parent from peace rather than panic.

Guess What I Saw This Morning?
Kingdom parents, Let me tell you what I saw this morning. I was driving home after dropping my kids off, not really paying attention like I should have been, trying to correct a turn I missed, and right in front of me a cat stepped off the sidewalk into the street. I stopped and just looked at it like… what are you doing? Its fur puffed up and it froze right there in the middle of the road like it was scared, but not scared enough to move. So I looked to see what had its attention, and this cat was locked in on a squirrel. Now I’m irritated because in my mind I’m thinking, you’re about to lose your life over a squirrel? This cat looked stupid.. sorry lol. That’s really what I thought. So I honked, and the moment I did, that cat snapped out of it, looked at me, and turned around quick and ran right back to the sidewalk. And it hit me. How many times do we look just like that? So focused on something, so locked in, that we don’t even realize we’ve stepped into danger. Chasing something, arguing about something, holding onto something, trying to prove something… and from the outside looking in, it looks stupid because you’re risking everything over something that doesn’t even matter like that. And sometimes God has to honk at us. Not to scare us, but to wake us up. To get our attention. To make us look up and realize we’re in the wrong place. But the part that stuck with me the most was how fast that cat turned around. No arguing, no hesitation, no trying to make it make sense. It just moved. And some of us need to do the same thing. Stop justifying where you are. Stop trying to make it make sense. If you realize you’re in the wrong place, turn around. Quick. Because everything you’re focused on is not worth everything you’re risking. So I’ll ask you… what is something you’ve been so focused on that it might be pulling you out of position?

Purpose Prepared in Advance
One of the most freeing truths in Scripture is that “we are God’s workmanship … created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” Parenting can feel like improvisation; we often second‑guess every decision. Ephesians 2:10 reminds us that our lives are not random. Your family, your personality, the gifts and limitations you carry, were all known to God. He has already mapped out the good things He wants you to walk in. Rather than striving to invent your purpose or to perfectly copy someone else’s parenting style, take a posture of discovery. Ask God what He has already prepared for your household. The pressure lifts when you realise that you don’t have to carve your own path alone; you just have to follow the one your heavenly Father has marked out. When your inner critic whispers that you’re making it up as you go, answer with faith: “I am discovering what God already designed for me and my children.”
