People are lonelier than ever. You can change that and build a business doing it.
We are in the middle of a loneliness epidemic. People are more digitally connected and more personally isolated than at any point in history. That's not just a social problem it's a business opportunity for agents who care. Start a Facebook group around a shared interest. Host a monthly meetup. Organize a dads group, a fitness crew, a taco Tuesday. You don't need an agenda. You just need to show up and create the space. The trust and the business will follow naturally. "People CRAVE connection. The authority and trust naturally flow to the one who creates it." What community could YOU start in your market around a shared interest not real estate? Think outside the box.

That’s such great advice John!
Every "yes" to the wrong thing is a "no" to the right thing.
Not every opportunity is YOUR opportunity. One of the biggest focus killers isn't laziness, it's saying yes to too many things that look good but don't align with where you're actually going. A new side project. A favor that turns into a time drain. A "partnership" that produces nothing. Start pre-qualifying opportunities the same way you pre-qualify leads. Does this move me toward my goal? If not, it's a polite no. "Every 'yes' to the wrong thing is a 'no' to the right thing. Protect your goals by ruthlessly filtering opportunities." What's something you're currently saying yes to that you know you should say no to? You don't have to answer publicly but be honest with yourself.
