I been lurking. Now I introduce myself. Hi!
Favorite color: Blue. Specifically, the azure-turquoise of the New Mexico sky. Favorite Pokemon: I'm about a generation-and-a-half too old for Pokemon. I only know two by name, Pikachu and Jigglypuff. So then Jigglypuff, I guess, because it's super-fun to say. "JIGGLYPUFF!" Pokemon stand-in: I think of Pokemon as a kids' TV show that was a commercial for products based on the show. My generation was the first that they did this to, the TV-show-length-commercial-disguised-as-entertainment. Of course I didn't think that's what it was. It was just cool new cartoons! GI Joe and He-Man and so many others. "Transformers" was the one that I loved the most, and my favorite Transformer was probably the Dinobot that was a tyrannosaurus. "Grimlock!" His name was Grimlock! So then is there a tyrannosaurus Pokemon? Maybe that one is my favorite. Current Skool challenge: getting people into my group. My special sauce shows up best when I get to work directly with people in real-time. So I'm looking for those people! I've been lurking here in Goosify for a while now. It's pretty cool to see how much fun everyone has here, and how much all y'all support each other. It's good to be here.

@Benjamin Ross Well, I always intended to. It was just never quite my priority ... but then it slowly dawned on me that Goosify is a community that I want to be a part of, want to be active in, want to be seen as a valuable member of--and I was holding myself back by not following through on the Start Here that is the welcome action the community asks of us. So I went back to the start and Started Here.

@Benjamin Ross Yeah. And I was pretty new to Skool when I joined. It's taken me a while to figure out what kinds of communities I value and which ones to let fall by the wayside.
Man, I Really Needed This Today...
I had the chance to hop on a call with @Wally Shaykhoun today, just to chat and shoot the shit. No expectations, just a conversation. During our call, he guided me through what I’d call an energetic, emotional inner child clearing, and honestly, it was nothing like anything I’ve experienced before. It was super powerful. I could feel the energy moving through my body, and he helped me release some really stuck stuff I’ve clearly been holding onto for a long time. It hit deep. I felt really light afterward, but also pretty wiped for a bit. After doing some grounding, I’m starting to feel energized again. That kind of release takes a lot out of you, but in the best way. I’m incredibly grateful we connected and that I was open to the experience. Thank you so much, Wally. I really appreciate you, man. It’s moments like this that remind me how powerful connection can be. Just being open to hopping on a call with someone, saying yes, and seeing what happens can lead to something you didn’t even know you needed. The old me wouldn’t have done that. I would’ve been too nervous or self-conscious. The new me stays open, because you never know who you’re going to connect with, what doors might open, or what kind of healing or growth might come from it. My advice, take the opportunities when they show up. You never know where they’ll lead.

@Wally Shaykhoun Interesting, man. Thanks for sharing. I gather this was written by a GPT you trained on your method? Obviously you've done a lot of work. 👍

@Wally Shaykhoun Yeah man, that's what I was saying: it's not a shortcut, obviously you've done a lot of work.
Pre-Introduction Pokemon Poll
I've been lurking around here for a couple of months, but I've never formally introduced myself. Before I do, however, I'm curious if there's a consensus about what the primary medium of Pokemon is/was.

My Family Has Never Supported My Biz Goals
I’m kinda triggered. I feel like I don’t have anyone to talk to. Probably isn’t even the right place for me to say this here… But I have made a lot of friends here. Guess I feel pretty lonely today. Wish they would celebrate me. Acknowledge how hard I’ve worked and am working. Never fuckin once have I even gotten a congratulations from them about my successes in life. They don’t care about my dreams. I’m working so hard to make my dream come true. And I feel like I’m so close to pulling it off. I guess sometimes you just gotta be there for yourself.

It's good that you took the chance to share your feelings here in a group of supportive people. I see a lot of people saying, Hey, you can DM me. Count me among that cohort. I'm a pretty great listener.
Mastering community for the sake of humanity! 🙆‍♀️
Orange 🧡 don't know the English names of any Pokemon honestly, learned them in German, only Pikachu ⚡ Okay so here's my goal in short form (WARNING: may sound megalomaniacal): I live in a community after many years of trying all bunch of things and failing in many ways to do community. 👎 What's special about this one: it is focused on radical love 💖, spiritual awakening 👀 and inner growth. I believe that community is humanitys way of awakening and real inner growth! And I want to make it accessible for everyone! Like you can do all sorts of spiritual stuff to be a good person and find God and that's great. 🪄 But if you don't have a community to do it with, if you don't get challenged and supported by others, honestly, it's a little bit like trying to run on one leg. So for now: I am building our online community and I want to transport the value of the physical community there. This thing shall grow and flourish. 🌟🌟🌟 And after that I will find out how to make this feeling of being truly held and loved accessible for everyone in the world. 🗺️

@Charlotte Schwarzer Thank you for your kind words. Regarding local ski hill: you gotta understand, I intentionally centered my life around living in a ski community. For me to thrive, I need joy-time on a mountain in the winter. You chose your community with intention, too. What were the elements that told you, "Yes, this is the place?"

I teach abundance as embodied practice. Abundance isn't something you HAVE. Abundance is something you DO. We start by learning how to breathe.
