@Mark Timms I hear you! Start small and build yourself up... Just then starts to become the norm. If you slip up, just go again tomorrow and focus on what you can control. I keep telling myself that, but it's bloody hard.
Goal: to shift this last 2kg, then think about gaining some bulk and shape. Training 3-4 times a week and being more consistent with meal prep. Time wise, in my head it's a journey and as long as I'm moving forward then progress will happen (hopefully 😂). Making a life style change. Ultimate goal: repair my knee, get back to playing football.
