I got a client, and I need a dev who knows how to make ai agents

So I'm currently making a workflow where it takes a list of leads and makes a personal message to cold outreach them. My problem: So when I comes to a http request where it has to process A LOT of info, around 700+ requests go through and it thinks for minutes and doesn't pass anything through. I'm on the free trial of n8n. Is this why? I've researched a bit and found something about the server can't handle that many requests at once.
