The summer holiday is almost over and I'm now two months post spinal surgery so I'm ready to grind again! My strength is coming back nicely but my cardio has been limited by my mobility on my legs and the limited time I can stand for, but that's all fading out so I'm looking forward to bringing fitness back. Currently around 98kg, aiming to trim down a bit but I'm not overly bothered about my weight, better fitness to match my strength is where I want to be.
